Description
This washed lot from Hambella in the Guji zone is produced by smallholder farmers growing coffee at elevations of 1,980–2,000 masl. The high altitude and careful washed processing contribute to a clean structure and a distinctly tea-like character in the cup.
The cup opens with a delicate green tea aroma, followed by fresh wheat grass notes that add a gentle herbal quality. As the cup develops, subtle apple-like acidity brings balance and lift to the profile.
The overall profile is light, clean, and refined, with a tea-like structure and a crisp finish. Particularly suitable for filter brewing, where its clarity and elegant aromatics can be fully expressed.
